We measure how visitors move through our website and contact form so we can find confusing questions and technical problems.
What analytics collects
A random session ID, timestamps, page and step names, field names, button locations, general traffic source (such as search or social), device size category, and whether a field or submission encountered an error. Script problems use fixed source categories (such as contact form, hosting, external, or unknown); error messages, stack traces, and script URLs are never stored. A temporary browser-tab identifier connects your steps and renews after 30 minutes without interaction.
What analytics does not collect
Our analytics does not store your name, contact details, date of birth, mailing address, form answers, typed text, IP address, full browser details, or referring URLs. It does not make screen recordings. The contact request you choose to send is handled separately by our form delivery service and emailed to Norma and the business owner as described on the form.
Access and retention
Only the site owner’s authorized account can read the dashboard and event timelines. Reports cover at most 90 days. Older events are removed in bounded batches as new activity arrives.
