Are you part of the Social Security Administration?
No. ClearPath is a private Wisconsin business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any government agency.
What does the service actually do?
We provide educational information and clerical form-preparation assistance based on the facts and choices you supply. You review the completed work, certify that it is accurate, and sign it yourself.
Are you my SSA representative?
No. We do not act as your appointed representative, speak for you before SSA, access your SSA record as a representative, or make legal arguments on your behalf.
Does the contact form tell me whether I qualify for benefits?
No. The form simply asks for your name and phone number so Norma can contact you. Only SSA can determine whether you qualify for a benefit or how much you may receive.
What does it cost?
The initial call is free, completely on us. Our optional assistance service is regularly $400 and is currently $340 with 15% off. You review the scope before agreeing to paid work. You can apply directly with the government for free.
What information do I need to share?
The contact form asks only for your name and phone number. These details are delivered by email to Norma and the business owner so we can contact you. Never enter your Social Security number, bank information, or medical records. Detailed intake is a separate step if you choose to continue.
